Business First

Very often I find a business infrastructure which has lost sight of its purpose; it has "gone wild" and has become an end in itself rather than a service to the business. Whether it was poorly designed at inception, is ineffecively managed, or has just not kept up with the needs of the business, it is not fit for purpose. The fundamental cause may be the quality of the business strategy promulgated from the top of the organisation, or a failure of governance applying to the implementation of this policy cascading down the organisation. My experience includes validation and audit of these issues.
